feeling really weak
gonna go buy a laptop
Just a little blog where you can come to relax and "get away from it all"... where you pretend your monitor is the sun, your uncomfortable desk chair is a comfortable lounge chair (with an umbrella), and your mouse is a coconut with a straw in it! Oh fuck, you are staring directly at the sun, you're fucking DUMB
and when there was no meat, we ate fowl and when there was no fowl, we ate crawdad and when there was no crawdad to be found, we ate sand.
had to scan them because I don't have any photo paper to make prints, which sucks because some of these pictures would look sooooo much better developed in a darkroom. Here are a couple sections of the negatives that I developed today...they are basically just test shots, I was trying out a different medium format camera. The main reason I took the pictures was because it was REALLY foggy out, thought it would just look cool...but like I said, alot of detail was lost because I scanned the negatives on a regular flatbed scanner. The film is 120mm Arista, 100 ISO (click on the pictures to enlarge them)

when I post something on the internet, I'm typing as if I'm actually talking. I think I'm a good writer when I concentrate, but usually it's just me talking. Sometimes I am screaming
sometimes I go to movies to deliberately not give a fuck about character development or to relate events in the movie to life. I mean, you could relate Ghostbusters to the war on terrorism if you really wanted to, albeit it would be a more ambiguous relation. Point being, I dont give a fuck that it can be related to current events. It was related to an incredible graphic novel. I went in expecting it to be 100% related to a graphic novel, and that's basically what I feel that I got. Some parts more awesome, some parts worse, but ultimately it kicked ass.
new goal = 1 post a day, or at least a post per week
